The state requires all agents to complete a minimum of 3 credit hours of "ethics" material as part of their continuing education requirement. The 24 credit hour requirement for CE has not changed, and the ethics credits are simply a part of that 24 hours. The total is still 24 hours, not 24 plus 3 ethics equals 27 credits. 3 hours is the minimum, but you could take up to 24 total hours in ethics every 2 years. All credits count toward your 24 hour total requirement.
